If you happen to be in the Mobile Bay area this Friday or Saturday, here are two opportunities to chat with me about books.
Friday, September 9, 2022 from 6-8pm, I’ll be at The Haunted Book Shop as part of the monthly LoDa ArtWalk celebration in downtown Mobile, Alabama. Also on scene will be Southern paranormal author ML Bullock who has many ghostly stories set around the Mobile area.

For more information about this event, check out the listing from the store’s website. I hope you can stop by and say hello.
Then on Saturday, September 10, I’ll be in Midtown at 19 Columns, otherwise known as the Bessie Fearn-Syson house (or “the haunted house across from the cannon”) at the corner of Old Government and Houston Streets.

The current owners of this amazing George B. Rogers masterpiece are in the process of restoring this piece of Mobile history that they purchased two years ago. It was in sad disrepair after years of neglect, but it is a gorgeous home once more. Mr. Olson graciously offered to host this event for me–a rare opportunity to see inside the entertaining rooms for the setting of one of the private homes I feature in my books. For more information, the event page is here.
As you can tell from the pictures, 19 Columns is on the cover of Tangled Discoveries. It’s the fictional home of Sean Spunner and his family beginning in 1916 as featured in The Malevolent Trilogy. There are many scenes of love, laugher, and scandal within these walls.
I will have complimentary, limited edition bookmarks and magnets for attendees (while supplies last.) I hope you can join us.

P.S. Copies of my books will be available for sale at each of the events, but purchases are not necessary to attend. If you’ve bought my books elsewhere and want them signed, the event Saturday would be an excellent time to get them personalized.
